cancelation policy

Growth and change brings great opportunities for all. As we are evolving here at Luxe Beauty Lounge, we are implementing an updated Cancelation policy, due to the demand of our Stylist's valuable time! Stylist days are becoming full with reservations, and we want to make sure we can reserve appointments for our clients in a respectful amount of time, along with not wasting valuable time here in the salon.

Starting July 5th 2023, we are implementing an updated Cancelation Policy. If you are canceling your appointment at Luxe Beauty Lounge, please cancel before 24 hours. If there is a failure to provide the required time allotted for a cancelation notice, there will be a 50% charge of the canceled appointment booked. This charge will be due by your next reservation.

We appreciate our clients so much, and understand that things can happen, and that we are all human! Please be respectful and understanding when it comes to canceling and rescheduling your future reservations here at Luxe. We can not wait to see you in our salon!
